All Care Courses are accepted by the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) for their training requirements for those who work in childcare centers, out of school time programs, family childcare homes and non-licensed family childcare homes. This includes hours of training for directors, site directors, educators, licensees and substitutes. Distance-learning courses may be used for up to 16 hours of the required training hours.
