Our trainers are approved Level III Trainers by Louisiana Pathways. All Care Courses (with the exception of Medication Procedures in Child Care) are accepted by the Louisiana Department of Education for continuing education for those who work in Type I, Type II, and Type III child care centers or in family child daycare homes. This includes directors, early learning staff, and providers.
Care Courses clock hours and CEUs may be used to advance along the Louisiana Pathways career ladders for the Administrator Track, the Classroom Track and the Child Care Track.

Use Care Courses to meet the 90 clock hour training requirement to become a director of an early learning center in Louisiana:
Care Courses may not be used to meet the three hours of training on infectious diseases, health and safety and/or food service preparation required by the Louisiana Department of Health.
Care Courses is not a BESE-approved Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate (ECAC) Program. Care Courses may not be used to obtain an Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate.
